Press the Attack is used as the keystone. With its help Vayne will increase the damage done on one target. This rune not only inflicts additional damage to the enemy after three autoattacks, but also weakens the enemy, increasing all subsequent damage to it.

Triumph is very powerful, giving healing and additional gold when participating in the killing of an enemy champion. Legend: Alacrity will provide a decent amount of attack speed. Coup de Grace will allow you to do more damage to enemies with low health.

Bone Plating will reduce the incoming damage of the first enemy attacks and skills, which will make you less vulnerable to skirmishes and initiations. Overgrowth gives a gradual accumulation of health, and after a certain value you will receive a percentage bonus to HP.

The choice of defensive stats depends on your opponent. If he relies on attack damage, then take armor, otherwise you will need magic resistance. You can take health if you are playing blind pick or it is not clear who your opponent is.
