The main path for the champion Karma is Resolve. In it, you will need to choose one keystone rune, as well as three additional ones with less influence.

Grasp of the Undying is used as the keystone rune. With its help Karma will increase damage and survivability, and will also be able to accumulate health. This rune is effective both on the lane and in prolonged skirmishes, however, it requires the player to proc it as often as possible, otherwise the potential will not be revealed.

Shield Bash is a good source of both protection and additional damage. Conditioning is great for emphasizing tanking in midgame and beyond. Revitalize enhances all sources of healing and shields, except for natural and some other types of health regeneration.

The secondary path is Inspiration. Here you need to choose two additional runes for Karma.
