Electrocute is used as the keystone. With its help Gragas will increase damage done on one target. Its proc is easy enough to cause, and the cooldown it has is not so long. In addition, this rune scales with stats better than any other.

Sudden Impact will ignore part of the opponent’s armor and magic resistance after an attack with a dash or out of stealth. Eyeball Collection is a faithful companion of an aggressive player, as it enhances snowball due to an increase in attack damage or ability power when killing opponents. Relentless Hunter is an excellent source of off combat speed for moving around the map.

Celerity will enhance any movement speed buffs affecting you, be it champion skills or external causes. Water Walking will strengthen the champion in terms of skirmishes on the river and the movement speed on the map as a whole.

When playing in the jungle, you need to use armor as a defensive stat. This is due to the fact that monsters do almost exclusively physical damage, which means that armor will help you lose less health in battle against them.
