Grasp of the Undying is used as the keystone. With its help Dr. Mundo will increase damage and survivability, and will also be able to accumulate health. Demolish is a great tool to turn dominance on a lane or in a game into the destruction of enemy towers. Conditioning is great for emphasizing tanking in midgame and beyond. Overgrowth gives a gradual accumulation of health, and after a certain value you will receive a percentage bonus to HP.

Taste of Blood is a great way to maintain a high amount of health on the lane. Ultimate Hunter will allow you to use the ultimate as often as possible.
